Beroepsorganisatie respiratoire verpleegkundigen in Europa gelanceerd

Een nieuwe organisatie , European Respiratory Nurses Association ( ERNA ), is gelanceerd. Het doel van ERNA is om verpleegkundigen met een interesse in respiratoire zorg een grotere stem te geven en uiteindelijk tot de zorg voor patiënten die leven met aandoeningen van de luchtwegen te verbeteren.
De nieuwe groep zal fungeren als een centraal punt waar nationale verpleegkundige organisaties kunnen lid worden voor de nieuwste informatie over onderzoek , onderwijs, promotie en klinische uitmuntendheid in de luchtwegen , en om van elkaar te leren .
ERNA fungeert als een wegwijzer naar middelen en andere handige tools die zullen bijdragen aan de verstrekking van respiratoire gezondheidszorg in Europa . De website , www.erna.eu , zullen gebruikers naar belangrijke bronnen en publicaties , allemaal vanuit een centrale plaats .

ERNA is dankbaar voor een onbeperkte educatieve subsidie ??die zij van Almirall ( Global ) heeft ontvangen om te helpen bij de oprichting van de vereniging ontvangen.

Group for respiratory nurse organisations launches across Europe

A new organisation, European Respiratory Nurses Association (ERNA), hopes to become a must-join group for nursing organisations across Europe.

The aim of ERNA is to give nurses with an interest in respiratory care a greater voice and ultimately to improve the care of patients living with respiratory conditions.

The new group will act as a central point where national nursing organisations can join to access the latest information on research, education, advocacy and clinical excellence in respiratory, and to learn from each other.

ERNA acts as a signpost to resources and other useful tools which will help improve the provision of respiratory healthcare in Europe. The website, www.erna.eu, will direct users to key resources and publications, all from one central place.

The website will also bring together respiratory groups/organisations across Europe, so any European nurse wanting to access further information in their country can do so.

ERNA steering group committee member Birthe Hellquist Dahl, of the Danish Society of Respiratory Nurses said: “As chairwoman of the Danish national respiratory nursing society, I am delighted to join and welcome ERNA offering nurses across Europe a unique platform to share knowledge of best practice in management of patients with respiratory diseases”.

Inger Kull, of The Swedish Society of Asthma, Allergy and KOL nursing (ASTA) added:  “We encourage all nursing societies to join ERNA, and by doing so help ERNA to become a living and strong virtual organisation in order to achieve the mission of improving quality care for the growing number of patients living with respiratory diseases”.

National nursing organisations having an interest in different aspects of respiratory care covering prevention, research, quality development, education and management of children and adults with respiratory and allergic diseases are invited to join ERNA. Individuals will also be able to access and share the information above on the website.

En heb brede medische kennis van de meeste specialismen in de zorg. En van de zorgwetten waaruit de zorg wordt geregeld en gefinancierd. Ik ga jaarlijks naar de meeste toonaangevende medisch congressen in Europa en Amerika om mijn kennis up-to-date te houden en bij te blijven op de laatste ontwikkelingen en innovaties. Momenteel ben doe ik een Master toegepaste psychologie.
